Service and Preventative Maintenance Contracts

Ellis offers a standard service contract for such equipment as vertical carousels and high density shelving systems. Contracts are offered on a yearly basis and include all labor done during normal business hours. Parts are not included in the contracts. The yearly contract include two preventive maintenance calls during its term.

Technicians are assigned in a timely fashion to give our customers the best possible response time. We are in constant communication with our customers until the problem is fixed.

Maintenance Contracts for Vertical Carousels include 2 preventative maintenance visits per year

Electric high density systems should be maintained on a yearly basis to prevent any damage to the electrical components
