LIFT TABLES, DOCK LEVELERS, AND HIGH TRAVEL LIFT CONVEYORS

LIFT TABLES

Lift tables and scissor lifts are used to raise, lower, stack, convey or transfer materials between 2 or more elevations. Applications include, but are not limited to, pallet build-up / teardown, material assembly / disassembly, product manipulation, conveyance, horizontal carousel workstations, work platforms and product lifting.

Lift tables were designed to enhance worker safety through ergonomic positioning of products assisting with the lifting and movement of the product for efficiency and reduction of worker fatigue and back injuries.

DOCK LEVELERS

Maximizing loading and unloading efficiencies by leveling the truck bed with the truck dock is the function of dock levelers. Dock levelers can be manually, electrically or hydraulically operated.

When installed, automated dock levelers take up no additional space on the dock. Because it is installed in front of the dock door and not on the edge of dock, air loss in heated and air conditioned applications are minimized. Pit mounted dock levelers are suited for inclement weather conditions because the intrusion angle is reduced between the trailer and the dock.

HIGH TRAVEL LIFT CONVEYORS

Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors provide the ability to move product loads between storage locations in manufacturing, distribution and outdoor environments. Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors will lift boxes, pallets, large tubs, bins, etc. between floors, a mezzanine or roof.

Different styles of lift designs are available depending on the type, size, weight of load; number of floors serviced, vertical travel, how is the load handled, loading pattern, and the lifts location. Basic design types include the straddle design, cantilever design, and the four post design.

BASCULE BRIDGE

Bascule Bridges are to solve the need to a connection from one area of a manufacturing facility to another side of a manufacturing facility that is separated by a rail spur or railroad crossing. The bridge allows the smooth and efficient flow of traffic in the plant without having to divert around the obstacle.

The bridge is hydraulically operated and can be raised to a full vertical position when not in use as a travel bridge.

STEEL COIL CARS

Coil Cars are used in lieu of overhead crane systems to make coil to mandrel transfers. Coil Cars are available to permit loading of larger coils at normal mandrel heights.

General applications are transporting heavy products, feeding and receiving lines, coil transfer stations or roll positioning.

Dock Lifts

Dock lifts include a wide variety of products providing solutions to many problems presented in the industry.

Some solutions require installation of a scissors lift platform be installed in the dock area outdoors. Using a truck leveler indoors allows customers to accommodate varying height of shipper's trailer in the dock. Ram lifts are used for heavy (over 20,000 pounds), larger concentrated rolling goods where the lift can be pit mounted.

DOUBLE PANTOGRAPH LIFT

These high travel lifts provide operators with a high travel, adjustable work platform in minimal space. Payload can be up to 6,000 pounds and vertical travel of 5 feet to 8 feet. General applications include palletizing / de-palletizing. ergonomic positioning, or a materials lift.
