HIGH DENSITY MOBILE SHELVINGHigh density mobile shelving storage systems provide compacted efficient storage of inventory.
The system reduces the need of fixed access aisles for operator access to your product. The high density mobile storage system utilizes a series of rails on which carriages ride to eliminate the fixed aisles between sections of shelving.
The carriages will hold any type of shelving (industrial or specialty) and provide easy access to the pick face of each shelving section by moving the carriages via mechanical hand crank or motor operated by keypads.

Operators access the stored product by identifying the mobile carriage that the part is on and opens the access aisle by either rotating the hand crank in a mechanical system or pressing the open button on the carriage keypad in an electrical system. The system is then accessed as you would regular shelving.
Depending on the activity in the storage area, the number of fixed aisles eliminated within the system is determined for the system layout. High density mobile storage systems can save up to 60% of your space or double your storage volume. Depending on the size of your system, the elimination of extra time spent walking to the fixed shelving location may also reduce labor expenses.
