High density mobile or movable pallet rack storage system provides compacted efficient storage of palletized, bulky inventory.

The system reduces the need of fixed fork truck access aisles (normally 10-12' wide each) for operator access to your pallets. The high density mobile pallet rack storage system utilizes a series of rails on which carriages ride to eliminate the fixed fork truck aisles between ranges of industrial pallet rack.

The carriages will hold any industrial rack and provide easy access to the pick face of each section by moving the carriages via an electrical motor. Carriages are moved by keypads located on the carriage fronts or remotely by fork truck operator.

Once the access aisle is open wide enough for the fork truck operator to enter the system, the product is then accessed as you would regular pallet rack storage by locating the rack section, beam level and pallet location for picking or stocking.

Depending on the activity in the storage area, the number of fixed aisles eliminated with the system is determined for the system layout. High density mobile pallet rack storage systems can save up to 60% of your space or double your storage volume. Depending on the size of your system the elimination of extra time spent traveling to the fixed pallet rack location will also reduce labor expenses.
